| ABOUT ME |
| Well, to start off, I'm Sara. I'm just a normal 17 year old girl that loves Jesus Christ with all of her heart. I am a guitarist, drummer, keyboardist, lyricist, songwriter, and singer. I'm going to be a worship leader with the amazing ministry I'm involved with right now, called Spoke-N-Word. Sometimes people tell me I go too far with my religion, but I don't pay any attention to it. I believe that it is not a religion, but that it is a relationship with the Creator of all the universe. I have an absolutely amazing boyfriend, and I don't know what I would do without him. And now I can say I really do know what it's like to be in love. I have had an extremely difficult life, and I have a powerful testimony to tell, if someone is simply just willing to listen. I really love learning and memorizing Scripture--obviously, because I know around 20 of them. I tend to be very quiet when I first meet someone, but after they get to know me, they find out that I'm not very quiet at all, and that I'm actually very outgoing. I'm very outspoken about almost everything, and if something is on my mind, usually it's not something I keep quiet. Due to my difficult past, I have issues trusting people. So you have to earn my trust, or be someone that I'm just drawn to. I rarely wear make up and my number one concern is definitely NOT how I look. I go to an amazing non-denominational church, which is the only church I've ever really felt at home at. I'm on the praise team and I sing and play the guitar for the Lord. My church's youth group is involved with this enormous youth ministry called Teen Mania Ministries. It's mainly focused on bringing all the teens possible that are lost and dying in this selfish and lonely world before it's too late. I have been to three of their youth rallies so far, called Acquire The Fire. The most recent one I went to was called a Battlecry, which is basically the same thing except like five times bigger than an Acquire The Fire, and it's got a different name. All three times, it drastically changed my life and really set me off for the Lord. I love meeting new people, so if you have a question that none of this has answered, feel free to ask! :) |
| PASSIONS |
| I love writing music that brings others to Christ before Satan gets so much of a hold on them that it's too late to turn back around. I try to write music that people can easily relate to because it seems to have more of an impact on their hearts. I really enjoy doing things with Spoke-N-Word like the amazing, life changing Freedom From Meth rallies and Biker Sundays that they put on. Basically, I love to minister and see others get delivered from burdens and scars and from the ruthless hands of this world. |

| Mostly all I ever read is the Bible, and Christian authors like Lurlene McDaniel, because the books of secular authors are getting way too far out of hand... |
| MUSIC |
| I love Christian metal, ya know, being a guitarist and all. My favorite artists are Third Day, Mercyme, and Disciple, and Building 429. But I also like Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin, Kutless, Pillar, Newsboys, Skillet, Flyleaf, Alterbridge, Switchfoot, and many more that I just can't think of at the moment... |
