I am an artist - my artwork is Christian (obviously), Modern, Original and Abstract. I began praying in the Winter/Spring of 2007 and asking the Lord what He wanted me to do with my life for Him - I knew He wanted me to do something with my art, but did not know what. I would get up and study God's Word and then would write down different scriptures that were speaking to my heart at the time - skip ahead to March of this year and I started to paint for the 1st time... skip ahead to now and I'm painting and meeting all kinds of people - some in ministry, some not and some that are not belivers. My art is an icebreaker to talk about God's Word (at least that's how I see it) and it's allowing me to be part of sharing it with people that I otherwise would never have reached. It's very exciting and humbling and I'm loving every minute of it!

I am 28 years old and live in Celina, Tejas with my husband of over 5 years, Dusty Bear, and our 4 dogs (Mickey, Zwei, Pops and Sanjaya), 3 cats (Tyson, Evander and Sidney), 2 mice (I change their names once a month...we just refer to them as "the mice") and 1 fish (Tom). I recently started painting, but have been drawing and sketching since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I like to think I can sing, and I sound pretty good in the shower, but from the look on other peoples' faces when I attempt to do it in public, it's very possible that there is some kind of magical echo in our bathroom that makes me sound much better than I actually am. I am a private person, but I'm also not good at hiding my emotions, so I'm kind of that socially awkward quiet girl...until you get to know me and then you will probably find yourself thinking up ways to avoid getting into a conversation with me because once I'm comfortable with you, I never shut up. I LOVE LOVE LOVE art, animals, my friends and Christ - not in that order. My husband is a gift from God - I can't imagine building my life with anyone else, and I'm not sure anyone else could handle me anyway, so it worked out for the best. My family have always been there for me - my parents inspire me to be a better daughter and wife and my little brother makes me want to be a better person in general so he has a big sister he can truly look up to. My manimals (yes, I meant to call them MANimals - it's a Simpspon's episode) are like my kids...and I imagine I will not have any human children for a couple more years...I love all of our pets - they are family. So... that's all I've got on me. Christ, Art, Animals... that about sums me up!

I like to paint, obviously, and I love spending time with my husband and our dogs and my family and friends.

The Bible, The Secret Garden, Anything by Joyce Meyer...I don't read as much as I would like to...don't have time...

Christian: Hip Hop, Ska, Punk, Rock (not a lot, but some), Reggae (Ya Mon!), Classic Rock, Girly stuff ... and I still love old skool hip hop and jungle and drum and bass (though I've never understood the difference between the 2)

I like whimsical movies...and comedies...and action...and vampire...and fairy tails...and drama....and chick flicks...I'm pretty open... easy to please!
