I don't know of a way (at present) to change a username once it's been created. You'd have to delete your profile and start over. But to answer your other concern, I would say that you should keep TheRoad profile as the official profile for the ministry and use it to describe what the organization does. Use it as an advertising and marketing tool. Then, create another one for yourself that would be more personal.
See also the GROUPS section for another option. I've already created a Road group there. If you have a better idea, I can delete (or modify) that one. Click on GROUPS in the main menu, then scroll down and click on the one I created. It's really a powerful tool with a lot of possibilities... not the least of which offering graduates the chance to hang out in their own group here on this site. You can post pics, blogs, forums there... even do some on-line 'Roading' if they want.

You can delete a comment on your home page by click HOME, MY PAGE and then GUESTBOOK. Scroll down to the comment you want to delete and hit the delete button.
