Blog Entry: Exodus 3:5 Then He said, "Do not come near here; remove your sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground."
Now days there is very little respect shown in our worship centers. I have seen people leave trash laying on the pews or floor or the altars. I have seen adults act like irresponsible children when it comes to being in the house. We have become generation who does not understand the concept of giving God our best. The house of worship is a place where we should be offering God our best praise and worship, giving God all of the honor and glory He deserves. How is treating it worse than your own home glorifying God? We have made it a club house for socializing where we pay to have someone else clean up our messes. If we don’t take care of the house of worship then the testimony we leave for others to see is one that in no way glorifies God. The house of worship is not where God abides but we are the care takers of these things He has given us.
