My co-worker and I are enjoying watching the Lord's hand work at our job. We are seeing more fellow employees gain a fresh boldness in expressing their faith in the workplace. Also we get to witness and minister to customers, vendors, delivery drivers and even people who stop by looking for a job. God has blessed us and our job to such an awesome degree that I find myself often overwhelmed with joy and a thankfulness that I cannot express in words.
Thank you my King for your great love and kindness!

I have no religious credentials and no named ministry. All I have is a deep love of Almighty God and His son my Lord Jesus Christ, a constant draw to His Word in the Bible, and a great desire to help others come to know the truth and seek God.

I relate to being a prodigal son and also liken myself to a "brand plucked from the fire". It took me until I was 47 years old for the Lord to let me reach the end of myself and realize I was a phony and was surely headed for destruction. Let me tell you some time about the wonderful, loving God who had mercy on a rebellious son who had talked himself into liking the taste of pig slop. Let me tell you of how He has led me to a greater understanding of His ways. Let me show you the heart of a man who has been forever changed by the grace and power of a living God. Let me show you a work in progress that is far from completed, but is starting to look more and more like the image of the Savior of all creation. Let me tell you how you too can search for and find the King of kings, then after you have, let me give you a big ol' Texas sized hug and welcome you to the family of Christ!

To encourage fellow believers to get up and walk in faith now!

To be prepared to receive the lost that the Lord calls.

And that funny word, Eschatology..which in my case is just a fancy way to say I watch for and seek the fulfillment of end-time Bible prophecy.

Come, Lord Jesus!

3D computer graphics and animation (thought I rarely have time for it these days), playing and teaching basic guitar to my son and to friends. Attempting to learn to play the violin/fiddle. Talking about our Lord and Savior to anyone who will listen.

Flywheel, Facing the Giants. Any movie where the Gospel message is sent clearly, yet lovingly.
In Facing the Giants, there is a scene where a man of prayer tells the main character(football coach) that is going through hard trials not to give up...that God is not done with him here. The coach asks him if he really believes that and what should he do?. The man replies
There were two farmers praying for rain. One waited for the rain, the 2nd started preparing his fields. Which one had the greater faith?
The coach answers, the 2nd man
The prayerful man then asks 'Which one are you?'

Oh! No, I'm not trying to hide , I just don't have a usable photo of myself right now to use here, so I am using a 3D character of mine to fill in for now. :)

Kevin, I goofed, the Outreach is this weekend and I have to work.Sorry about the mix-up. If we could do it on the 21st I will take a vacation day so we  can get it done. Also, how much do you need to buy another month for your house? The Lord has put it on my heart and if I can help, the Glory of God will be revealed once again. Me and my wife try to help people as much as we can. The Lord directs us to those who can help us and to those who we can help. Isn't God GREAT! In the five years of our marriage I think we have had maybe 3 months that there was not someone living with us that neede help. We are the instrument and Jesus gets the glory. AMEN

Just wanted to check in with you and see how your commute to Fort Worth is going. Is the Jeep hanging in there? Not this Saturday but next Saturday is the Food Outreach at Open Door Ministries, would you like to get together and take a few people from the RV Park you mentioned. It would be a blessing and an honor to assist them to get there. I have a pick-up and a Mini-van we can use, probably get 6 or 7 people there and back. Let me know.

Glory goes to Jesus

Thanks for the comment. I look forward to meeting up with you soon, I spend 60 hours a week with people who turn and run at the mention of Christ and although I am well-known in the Oilfield world and liked by everyone, I really have no friends I can fellowship with and just kick back. Hope everything works out for you.

In Christ

Just wanted to drop a line before the furious rush of the oilfield starts again to day. When I read your profile I found encouragement in your words. This Sunday I will be in Alvarado for awhile. Would like to meet and pray together? I need a strong presence in my life to help keep me accountable. For whatever reason, it would seem the Lord has directed me to you.

Glory to God
